                                                                Marius Croeser

Few professionals combine elite-level corporate achievement with profound real-world experience in trauma, crisis, and human behaviour the way Marius does.

Recruited straight out of high school by a senior partner at Deloitte, Marius began his career immersed in the financial, operational, and strategic realities of the world’s largest corporations while studying for th professional chartered accounting qualifications part-time.

Choosing breadth and impact over narrow specialisation, he pursued full-time university studies across business and the humanities, earning multiple degrees (including master’s level work in Business and Humanities) and technical certifications in dispute resolution as well as numerous technical certifications.

His rare blend of rigorous commercial expertise and deep understanding of people propelled an exceptional career:

• At the time, the youngest professor as well as academic administrator appointed at the college level

• Vice-President of a high-growth Toronto technology company that pioneered e-commerce solutions for major North American retailers

• General Manager of Avante, at the time one of North America’s leading software-solutions providers

• Co-founder and managing director of a specialized technology venture that designed and supported mission-critical emergency-response and continuity systems for Fortune 500 clients in oil & gas, financial services, telecommunications, and other high-consequence industries
→ First person in Canada to lead an Oracle CRM implementation
→ Delivered one of the earliest and most complex integrations of Oracle Database/CRM with Telus Geomatics GIS, served via satellite to mobile devices in remote and extreme environments

• Personally negotiated venture-capital raises and built strategic partnerships with global banks and telecommunications carriers

• Active angel investor and operating advisor to successful technology startups

• President of the Board of Mediators, providing high-stakes dispute-resolution and mediation services to enterprises and high-net-worth families across North America

For almost two decades—while building companies and advising executives—Marius and Roosmari wanted to give back to their community. They served as one of Ontario’s select treatment-level families through York Region Children’s Aid Society. Together they provided intensive therapeutic care for 27 severely traumatised, high needs children and adolescents, managing complex mental-health crises, attachment disorders, self-harm, substance use, and the aftermath of abuse, neglect, and trafficking on a daily basis. Working in partnership with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, educators, specialised police units and York University they helped shape best-practice standards that continue to influence child-welfare policy province-wide.

                                                                Roosmari Croeser

Leadership, entrepreneurship, and a deep passion for people have defined Roosmari’s journey from the very beginning.

As Head Student and later Deputy Mayor of Johannesburg’s Junior City Council, she discovered her natural ability to inspire and guide others. After completing her law degree, Roosmari and her husband Marius relocated to Toronto, Canada, where her entrepreneurial talent quickly came to the fore. She built and scaled a highly successful distribution business serving clients across Canada and the United States, achieving a profitable exit that allowed her to follow her lifelong passions: people, music, and botany.

Roosmari earned postgraduate qualifications in counselling and qualified as a music teacher with the prestigious Royal Academy of Music. She then founded one of Canada’s largest and most respected private music teaching studios, growing it into a thriving institution known for excellence and innovation. During the pandemic, Queen’s University recruited her to help design their groundbreaking fully online music-education program.

With a strong commitment to their community Roosmari and Marius opened their home, for almost 20-years parenting 27 of Canada’s most traumatised and high-needs youth. They were hand-selected for specialised projects, including a 4 year long York University research initiative focused on rehabilitating trafficked and exploited children.

In 2021, seeking a gentler pace of life, the couple moved to the serene beauty of Prince Edward Island, where Roosmari continues to bring warmth, creativity, and calm resolve to everything she does.

Marius and Roosmari Croeser bring a rare combination of intellect, empathy, and results.
